WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We offer international shipping for our products. However, the Bini playing cards are currently only available within Nigeria.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We aim to process, pack and ship your order the same day.
You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order and once again when it has been processed.
Orders placed after 1 pm or on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.
Please note at exceptionally busy times these timings might vary.
WHICH SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?
Packages to be delivered within Lagos, Nigeria are handled by local dispatch. All international shipments are handled via DHL. However, due to COVID, all for 2-3 weeks from when your order is placed for the package to get to your respective destinations.
**Please note due to current circumstances postal services may be experiencing delays and disruptions to service**
You will be provided with a tracking number which you can then use to monitor the live location of your order(s).
I’VE LOST MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL / I DIDN’T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
Please check your Junk mail folder to make sure the email hasn’t landed in there by mistake.
If you cannot find the email or have lost it please get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to help.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We use a Stripe (which facilitates several credit card payments) and Paypal. Upon checkout, you’ll have the option to select your preferred payment method and will be taken through a secure checkout.
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHERE IS IT?
If you have been waiting to receive your order longer than 8 business days within Nigeria or longer than 14 business days internationally, please contact us and we will be able to help.
I RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT IT’S INCORRECT OR DAMAGED
If you’ve received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us at with a photo of the faulty item and your order number and we’ll take care of it.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT?
Unfortunately you cannot amend your order once it has been placed. If you have a query regarding your order please contact us and we’ll be able to help from there.
REFUNDS
All sales are final and we don’t do refunds. In the event that there is an issue with your order, kindly take a picture of it and send to us within 7 days after receiving it and we’ll be happy to replace the damagaed item. Please note, the cost of re-shipping falls on the client
