Frequently Asked Questions

How did you get into art?

Osaze has been an avid art lover from his early childhood days. His entry point into art was by watching his favorite cartoons on tv, he would then go back to his sketchbook to trace out / try to redraw his favorite characters. He also soaked up a lot of information from watching roadside artists work and in recent times, by watching tutorial videos / live feeds from his favorite artists / creators via the internet. Osaze gains inspiration for his art from a number of sources, among which include: everyday life, music, culture, books e.t.c

Why do you sell limited edition prints of your work?

As Osaze looks to make his art more accessible to individuals, he has opted to release editions of select pieces to the general public.

What is the difference between Limited edition print and Original art?

All our original art and limited edition art prints are shipped out with a signed, numbered and stamped certificate of authenticity (COA) from the artist. The certificate of authenticity is a document that proves that an artwork is genuine, authentic and comes from the artist (Osaze Amadasun) and no one else. This document comes with all relevant information about the artwork (Image of the artwork, edition size / number, name and signature of the artist, EA’s/ Artist proofs e.t.c). Should you wish to resell your original art / limited edition print or indeed donate it an institution, this document provides extra security as well as proof of the legitimacy of the artwork. Please note, If you decide to purchase Osaze Amadasun’s limited edition prints / original art on the secondary art market, ensure you only acquire it if comes with a COA.

Are the artworks I purchase signed by Osaze?
